There is a 'Champagne Pool' in New Zealand

The 'Champagne Pool', located in Waiotapu, New Zealand, has bubbles on the surface similar to those found in champagne. The bubbles are a result of geothermal activity, which further creates coloured springs and steaming ground. Formed roughly 900 years ago by a hydrothermal eruption, the Champagne Pool is surrounded by an orange edge, caused by deposits of arsenic.
