Cab-hailing startup Uber's CEO Dara Khosrowshahi in an email to employees has said, "The truth is that there is a high cost to a bad reputation." His statement comes after the transport authority of London rejected Uber's application to renew its license to operate in the city. Khosrowshahi added that it's critical for Uber "to act with integrity in everything".
