Oxyzo and OfBusiness Co-founder Ruchi Kalra took a dig at several unicorns that have been increasingly reporting "adjusted" profit numbers to hide actual losses. She said, "Profitability is always PAT. That is profit after tax. There's nothing like profit adjusted for ESOP (employee stock option plan) costs, adjusted for depreciation and so on and so forth."
