OpenAI in a court filing said Elon Musk's allegations against it "rest on convoluted, often incoherent, factual premises". This comes after Musk sued OpenAI and CEO Sam Altman for alleged breach of founding contract. "There is no founding agreement, or any agreement at all with Musk...Musk requests an order...in accordance with the terms of his fictitious contract," OpenAI said.
