Coimbatore-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform Kovai.co's Founder Saravana Kumar said the startup does not plan any layoffs but will spend and hire cautiously. "I have always believed in maintaining a spending and hiring discipline," Kumar said. "There is no hard stop in hiring...but we are also focusing on making our current workforce more productive," he added.
