Mumbai Joint CP (Law and Order) Vishwas Nangre Patil on Saturday said, "There's a rumour that Section 144 of CrPC is implemented in Mumbai. It is false and creating confusion." Patil further clarified that an advisory is issued every 15 days aimed at those who want to disrupt peace in the city by taking out rallies illegally.
