Ahead of the Congress Presidential polls, party leader Shashi Tharoor said it's quite unfair to create an impression that there is an "official candidate". "The party President and former President have assured me that there isn't and they are neutral," Tharoor added. "I don't know why some people are trying to create such an impression. It's not fair," he stated.
