Actor Raashul Tandon criticised production houses and streaming platforms for casting influencers over actors. Referring to journalist Saurabh Dwivedi and comedian Anubhav Singh Bassi’s roles in ‘Kartavya’ and ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’, he said, “Do they queue up for auditions in films? No!” He added that their massive fan following helped them land the roles.
