On being asked about some critics objecting to anti-Pakistan dialogues in 'Gadar 2', the film's writer Shaktimaan Talwar said, "Pakistan carries out terrorist attacks here and kills a lot of our people." He added, "How long should we tolerate? And we shouldn't even talk about this?" He further said, "We don't reply to them with violence because of our culture."
