US President Donald Trump has reacted to Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to Vietnam, during which Xi met with Vietnamese President Luong Cuong and other political leaders. "I don't blame China [or] Vietnam. I see they're meeting...[They're] trying to figure out, 'How do we screw the US?'" Trump said. Xi had called for stronger ties with Vietnam amid US' tariffs.
