An underground madrasa located near Al Falah University has come under the scanner of the investigating agencies probing irregularities and terror links to the institution in connection with the Delhi blast. The investigators noticed the madrasa's unusually 4-5 feet thick basement walls, which goes above the standard measure of such buildings typically having walls only about nine inches thick.
