Thief gets trapped in house grill in Surat, video surfaces

A video showing a thief trapped in the steel security grill of a locked house in Gujarat's Surat went viral, reports said. Onlookers gathered and thrashed him with sticks as he struggled to free himself. Kapodara Police said the house belongs to an NRI and contained no valuables, adding that an investigation is underway.
