According to documents released on Wednesday, PayPal Co-founder and US President Donald Trump's adviser Peter Thiel was granted New Zealand citizenship in 2011 despite visiting the country only four times. The application was approved by the government based on Thiel's entrepreneurial skills, even though he didn’t meet the standard criteria or intend to live in New Zealand, the documents revealed.
