A third-year MBBS student from Belgaum was allegedly gang-raped by her two classmates and their friend in Sangli, Maharashtra, after being drugged and taken to a flat under the pretext of watching a movie. The accused were arrested by Vishrambag police following the victim's complaint, and the court has remanded them to police custody until May 27.
