Your fitness tracker does more than count steps. A new metric called DHRPS-Daily Heart Rate Per Step can reveal your heart health risk. A high DHRPS (high heart rate + low steps) is linked to greater chances of diabetes, high BP, stroke, and heart disease. Lower DHRPS is related to better fitness. It's easy to track and could help catch problems early.
