Hours after reports came out that PhonePe is considering raising funds through an initial public offering (IPO), its Founder and CEO Sameer Nigam said he had no idea about it. "This is cute. I had no idea my own company is filing an IPO," he wrote. Reports said the company is seeking a valuation of $8-10 billion.
