The Uttarakhand High Court slammed the state police for detaining Uttarakhand Parivartan Party President Prabhat Dhyani, who had announced his plan to go to Jantar Mantar to lend support to Sonam Wangchuk. HC called it gunda-gardi (hooliganism) and said, "What are you doing in this country? Are you here to protect the image of government or constitutional right of individuals?"
