Those who speak English fluently earn 34% more

Those who speak English fluently earn upto 34% more than those who don't speak the language, a recent report has found. Only 20% of Indian population can speak in English, and only 4% would be considered fluent. Around 25% of students of higher education are studying in English medium in north-central region of India, compared to 75% in south India.
