Three cloudbursts in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar and Doda districts on Tuesday evening led to flash floods, landslides, and hours-long traffic jams. The cloudbursts in Sarthal and Machipal caused landslides that blocked movement on the Kishtwar-Jammu Highway. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha directed emergency response teams to be on high alert and continuously monitor the situation.
