Three policemen were suspended for allegedly extorting ₹3,000 from a resident of Yashwant Shivlila Society, Pashan, during a night patrol. The incident occurred when the officials arrived at the scene after receiving a complaint about noise from ongoing construction work. Pune City Police has also initiated an inquiry into the incident.
