Russian NSA Sergei Shoigu told NSA Ajit Doval that the country "deeply values its strategic partnership with India" and it is not subject to geopolitical fluctuations. Sergei and Doval reviewed ongoing cooperation in defence, security, energy and economic ties. Doval attended the first International Security Forum and the 14th Meeting of High Representatives for Security Matters in Moscow.
