Tiger Shroff's upcoming film 'Screw Dheela' has reportedly been put on hold due to budget issues and average response to the film's announcement video. "Screw Dheela is not shelved. The team hopes to visit this film later when the box office environment is conducive," a source quoted by Bollywood Hungama said. Filmmaker Shashank Khaitan is attached to direct the film.
