Apple CEO Tim Cook has pledged to boost his firm's investment in China, despite repeated threats from US President Donald Trump to impose tariffs on foreign-made goods. Cook told China's Industry Minister Li Lecheng that the iPhone maker will keep investing in China, although size of the potential investment is unknown. Lecheng urged Cook to work closely with local suppliers.
