Speaking at a Bharat Bandh protest rally at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan, former PM Manmohan Singh on Monday said the time to change the NDA government will come soon. He accused the PM Narendra Modi-led government of doing "a number of things that are not in the interest of the nation". The bandh is in protest against the rising fuel prices.
