Congress on Thursday said that it's time to change LIC's slogan from 'zindagi ke saath bhi, zindagi ke baad bhi' to 'zindagi ke saath thi, ab Adaniji ke saath hai'. "This is the situation of LIC," Congress party's Pawan Khera said during a press conference. LIC's holding of Adani companies equity and debt was ₹35,917.31 crore as of December-end 2022.
