Chief Justice of India NV Ramana on Saturday said that a National Judicial Infrastructure Authority has to be established for the standardisation and improvement of judicial infrastructure. The authority would have representation from all the stakeholders, including the representatives of central and state governments, he added. The CJI also flagged several key problems faced by the judiciary.
