Samir and Vineet Jain, the promoters of BCCL, or Times Group, have reached an agreement to split the media conglomerate's assets between them, reports said. Samir will take ownership of print business, whereas Vineet will handle broadcast, radio and other digital businesses. Vineet will reportedly also receive a ₹3,000-crore cash payout for leaving the print unit.
