Dating app Tinder's Co-founder Sean Rad has stepped down as the CEO of the company and has taken over as the Chairman. Rad will focus on 'Swipe Ventures', a newly-launched investment arm of Tinder. This is the second time Rad has stepped down as the CEO, after being removed from the position in 2014, which he got back in 2015.
