Shares of Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited jumped 1.8% to ₹1,744 on Wednesday, after signing a Joint Venture Agreement with Lion share Holdings Ltd and Mbodla Investments Ltd, both based in Johannesburg, South Africa. The deal focuses on acquiring and recycling used tyres, with plans to either process them in India or establish a recycling plant in South Africa.
