Food ordering platform TinyOwl and hyperlocal on-demand delivery startup Runnr, previously known as Roadrunnr, are reportedly merging in an all-stock deal. The merged entity will launch a consumer food delivery platform 'Runnr', which will compete with the likes of Swiggy and Zomato. The new food delivery platform is said to launch in the next three weeks in Mumbai.
