A political controversy has erupted over the Tirupati One project. TTD former chairman and YSRCP spokesperson Bhumana Karunakar Reddy alleged that IT Minister Nara Lokesh received ₹400 crore in commissions from prime land allotments in Tirupati. He demanded the cancellation of allocations to private firms, calling the project a facade for large-scale corruption involving hundreds of crores.
