Titan Company will acquire 67% stake in Dubai-based jewellery firm Damas for $283.2 million (around ₹2,443 crore) from Mannai Corporation, a stock exchange filing revealed. With this, Titan will gain access to Damas' 146 stores across the six Gulf Cooperation Council countries- UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. The company expects to complete the deal by January 2026.
