Former US President Barack Obama, talking about the deaths of migrants after the boat carrying them capsized off the Greek coast recently, said, "Think about the circumstances which lead desperate people to come here." Referring to the missing Titan submersible, Obama added, "The fact that (submersible missing incident) got so much more attention than 700 people who sank."
