TMC has sent second letter to CJI and Calcutta High Court over the manner in which Special Intensive Revision (SIR) was conducted in West Bengal. On protests by TMC over bulk submission of Form 6 applications by BJP workers to allegedly manipulate voter list ahead of Assembly polls, Supreme Court on Wednesday said this wasn't happening for the first time.
