Tamil Nadu has dispatched 300 tonnes of relief supplies to cyclone hit Sri Lanka as part of India's Operation Sagar Bandhu. Three Navy ships carried essential items including sugar, pulses and milk powder. India has also provided Bailey bridges, vehicles and a fully functional field hospital, supporting ongoing recovery efforts after Cyclone Ditwah's widespread devastation.
