An American toddler is fighting multiple deadly infections after she contracted three strains of the E. coli bacteria during a lake swimming trip in the summer. According to doctors, two-year-old Elizabeth Faircloth from Oklahoma is currently on dialysis as her kidneys have failed due to the infection that has spread across her tiny body.
