Toilets are revenue stream: BJP on B'luru metro toilet use charge

Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has started charging commuters for using toilets at 12 metro stations across the city, reports stated. The charges range from ₹2 to ₹5 and apply to toilet facilities located in the unpaid areas of the selected stations. BJP criticised the Congress-led Karnataka government over the move, saying, "In Congress...even toilets are a revenue stream."
