Tokyo to soon get sushi buses

Japan is taking food tourism up a notch with Sushi Bus, a new experience that lets travellers enjoy conveyor-belt sushi while cruising through Tokyo on an open-top double-decker bus. The bus service is set to launch in October 2026. The unique experience brings together two things Japan is known for: sushi and sightseeing, turning the journey itself into an attraction.
