Glenn Maxwell revealed how his relationship with Virender Sehwag soured during their time at Kings XI Punjab in 2017 (now Punjab Kings). He mentioned how Sehwag called Maxwell a "big disappointment" at a press conference. "I texted him to say how much it hurt...and added that he had lost a fan...Sehwag [said] 'Don't need fan like you'," Maxwell stated.
