Tollund Man's last meal 2,400 years ago was barley porridge: Study

The Tollund Man, a mummified corpse that was found in Denmark in 1950, had barley porridge as his last meal 2,400 years ago, researchers, including those from Aarhus University, found. The porridge also contained flax and seeds and a small amount of fish. Researchers also suggested that the Tollund Man might have been the victim of a human sacrifice ritual.
