Former Delhi law minister Jitender Singh Tomar on Wednesday approached a sessions court challenging his arrest in the alleged fake law degree case. Asserting that his law degree was genuine, Tomar has alleged that police had arrested him on Tuesday in violation of prescribed procedure under the law. His plea will be heard in the court tomorrow.
