Tomato-soy juice may help reduce chronic inflammation: Study

A study by researchers at The Ohio State University found that drinking tomato and soy juice daily may help reduce chronic inflammation. The juice, rich in lycopene and soy isoflavones, lowered several inflammation markers in adults with obesity after four weeks. Researchers said that the findings suggest the drink could help manage inflammation linked to long-term diseases.
