Amit Ravindernath Sharma, director of Ajay Devgn-starrer biographical sports drama 'Maidaan', revealed that it took him 14-15 months to cast 15 football players in the film. "My criteria of casting was quite difficult," he added. Amit said he needed people who could play well, act well and look similar to the original players.
