Top barrister Charles Banner QC and his family were removed from a British Airways flight following a row over a seat. Banner, who was travelling to Turin, had booked business class seats but their nanny's seat was downgraded as the airline had oversold seats. This led to an argument with cabin crew following which the pilot turned the plane around.
