According to documents related to former US President John F Kennedy's assassination, a man named Sergyj Czornonoh had claimed that he had informed officials at the US state Department about possible assassination attempt on Kennedy, however that information was ignored. Czornonoh had also informed this to American Vice Consul in Bulgaria in August 1963. Kennedy was assassinated in November 1963.
