Leading paediatrician Dr Sivaranjani Santosh has warned that Enterogermina should not be treated as a cure-all for tummy troubles. She says there is insufficient evidence that its probiotic ingredient, Bacillus clausii, prevents traveller's diarrhoea and cautions parents against relying on influencer recommendations instead of evidence-based medical advice and appropriate treatment.
