Top US Army general fired for leaking classified info on Iran, Russia-Ukraine wars

US War Secretary Pete Hegseth has fired Director of Strategy, Plans and Policy Directorate at the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Lieutenant General Brett Sylvia for leaking classified information. Sylvia had reportedly been meeting with journalists outside the Pentagon in order to leak classified information on Iran and Russia-Ukraine wars. He reportedly failed three polygraph tests.
