Topshop's owner and retail billionaire Sir Philip Green has been named as accused for "serious and repeated sexual harassment, racist abuse and bullying" by Lord Hain, former British House of Commons leader. Newspaper 'The Daily Telegraph' was barred from revealing details of the accused by an injunction. However, Lord Hain named Philip in the parliament using his "parliamentary privilege".
