Ahmedabad-based Torrent Group has taken over Gujarat Titans (GT) as their majority stake of 67% in the franchise has received necessary approval from the BCCI. As per Cricbuzz, the sale was completed at an enterprise valuation of ₹7,522 crore, meaning Torrent bought the 67% stake for ₹5,035 crore. GT had won IPL in 2022, their inaugural season.
