Authorities in Australia have issued an urgent health warning against baby spinach products bought from Costco after severe hallucinations and sickness were reported by people who consumed it. Medical care was given to nine people after eating Riviera Farms-branded baby spinach. Riviera Farms said it believes the spinach was contaminated by weed, but no other products have been affected.
